Shipping and Returns

Please read the FULL POLICY INFORMATION for RETURNS and SHIPPING.  A LOT of the items in the shop are using a fulfillment company and these items CANNOT BE RETURNED unless there is physical damage to the product itself.  If the item is damaged, it will ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM SIZE AND TYPE.

At this time, we DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR ANY SHIRTS PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP.  The reason is that these designs are done on a DIRECT TO GARMENT printer and custom printed to your requested size -  which means each shirt is printed on demand and no items are kept in inventory for your particular sizing.  In order to do another size, another shirt will have to be produced.  That being said, it is advisable that you DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SIZE INFORMATION PRIOR TO ORDERING A SHIRT.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SIGNED PHOTOS, ONLY EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED PHOTOS RECEIVED. YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF A DAMAGED PHOTO - WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND PAST 7 DAYS OF PHOTO RECEIPT. We do our best to get the photos shipped without incident but sometimes the mail carriers ignore all the signs and damage the items anyway. NOTE: IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE PHOTO IN STOCK AT THE TIME OF YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST, YOU MUST STILL RETURN THE ORIGINAL PHOTO PRIOR TO RECEIVING A REFUND. YOU DON'T KEEP THE PHOTO AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK (yeah, people try it all the time believe it or not). If you really want an existing photo (and your current one is damaged), the best technique is for you to place another order immediately, then send us the damaged photo and we will issue a refund on that item only when we receive it.
